    About the Team
    Global Ecommerce Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user experience and work on policies, rules, products and systems to ensure quality. Ecommerce Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace to be safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user experience and work on policies, rules, products and systems to ensure quality. You will be part of the South East Asia regional strategy team for Governance and Experience. We are responsible for e-commerce business strategy, involved in business development and key metrics analysis.

     Responsibilities:

    - You will conduct analysis for merchants, product governance, user experience improvement, logistics support and other fields to refine and summarise industry best practices, to provide specific implementation solutions and recommendations.
    - You will be part of an extraordinary international team, collaborating with Strategy & PMO team members, as well as cross-functional members from other departments.
    - You will be required to conduct in-depth research and analytics projects independently.
    - You will use data analytics to translate complex questions into solutions. Apply advanced analysis methods to gain data insights and support business decisions.
    - Perform data cleaning for data analysis.
    - Use data visualizations effectively with the aim of gaining insights and making decisions.

Requirements

    - 2-5 years of experience applying data analytics techniques and building data pipelines in an enterprise environment.
    - Programming experience in Python with Pandas and SQL is an advantage.
    - Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is an advantage.
    - Experience in automation with tools like Power Automate and VBA is an advantage.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex analytical concepts to people from other fields.
    - Dynamism, motivation and curiosity: learning new topics in the fields of business and data.
    - Independent way of working with an attitude of integrity and a positive "can-do" mentality.
    - Detail-oriented, good critical and logical thinking; ability to synthesize findings from data analyses and apply it to solving business problems preferred.
    - Enthusiasm and teamwork.
    - Fast learner and ability to work in a fast-pace environment.
