Job Description

    Midas is looking for an experience and project manager based in its South East Asia(SEA) HQ in Singapore. The chosen candidate will be responsible for key projects management acting as a mid end coordinator to work with IT development, testing and implementation teams for overall planning. Plus the candidate would also be in charge of liaison between departments such as commercial, legal, compliance, auidt etc. for internal and external communications when required.
    The ideal candidate has an easy-going personality coupled with a strong work ethic and comprehensive quality. Within teams this person will excel, holding others accountable, sharing credit for wins, and working together to elevate each other's strengths.
    • Responsible for the operational project management, including projects’ deliverables, project planning and action follow-up
    • Establish clear objectives for implementation and respond with urgency to achieve goals within the project timelines
    • Key business owner within Midas Overseas Team- Midas payment service implementation methodology and use it for all engagements
    • Participate in the customer relationship management with Strategic Accounts
    • Responsible for key projects management. Key Coordinator and facilitator role in multinational team (China, Singapore, Netherlands)
    • Participate in the sales cycle when requested to gather requirements, estimate workloads and costs as well as to support with proposals
    • Responsible for user testing, configuration of the solution, deployment follow-up as well as customer trainings
    • Participate in the Software Development Life Cycle process. Business process optimisation.
    • Participate in the Team Goal Collaboration with Product Manager Team, Development Team and Test & Ops.
    • Participate in the Development team productivity enhancement. 

Requirements

    • Min 3-5 years + experience in Agile project practice
    • Experience in Scrum Master project execution and management
    • Numerous years’ experience in Internet / Gaming / E-commerce industry
    • Experience project management experience – coordination, project planning, customer relationship management
    • Experiences in business process enhancement.
    • Success project experience and key stakeholder role with world top companies’ collaboration
    • Good team player with good communication skills
    • Good willingness to learn and high self-motivation
    • Proactive, curious and driven individual
    • Candidate with MPI Payment License experience preferred
    • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin), in order to communicate with various stakeholders in headquarters
