Job Description

    • Track online issues in our mall's B/C (Business/Consumer) end system, timely handle such issues and provide outcome feedback as well as summary analysis of the issues faced
    • Regularly monitor and analyse relevant data of SHEIN mall's B/C end system; drive growth and enhance user experience through actively proposing for operational improvements and implementation of related product features.
    • Develop a deep understanding of B/C end system architecture, get involved in the implementation of new requirements, and provide relevant result analysis of implemented features.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Information Systems, with at least 3 years of relevant experience
    • Able to trace and locate online issues, and have experience using online issue tracing tools, databases (such as dbadmin), alarm center, log center, etc.
    • Possess strong ability to analyse data, have experience in using data analytics platforms such as Kibana, Grafana, and Tableau, and proficient with the use of SQL.
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, proactive, responsible and have good teamwork
    • Computer-related majors or related experience in development, testing, and product managers is preferred
