Job Description

    • Oversee and manage an enterprise privacy compliance platform throughout the development cycle from platform product strategy to continuous post-launch iterations to improve product functionalities and experience
    • Understand user pain points and business needs, create user stories and generate product solution ideas
    • Develop and maintain a platform product roadmap and feature backlog
    • Monitor product performance against key metrics and help business to make data- informed decisions
    • Drive the communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to propel product vision to product delivery

Requirements

    • Extensive stakeholder management skills and ability to manage a cross-functional team, and able to work as a team-player
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Able to explain technical knowledge to a layman.
    • At least 4-5 years of experience in enterprise-grade product management and agile product lifecycle management
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent work experience
    • Experience in software development (both agile and waterfall)
    • Experience in B2B enterprise product, SaaS, or internal system development preferred
    • Knowledge of system design, API standards, and microservice models
    • Strong sense of responsibility and project management skills
    • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills and strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin) to cooperate with international stakeholders and stakeholders who are based in HQ.
