Through Fandom, creators will be able to layer different types of relationships with their fans, leverage their current business models or provide long-term benefits to their fans outside of their social media.

Job Description

    • Come up with marketing strategy to attract small-medium video content creators to publish video NFTs in Fandom platform
    • Come up with marketing strategy to attract more fans to buy the creator’s video NFTs
    • Facing to global Fandom users, increase user activation and retention rate through churn prevention campaigns
    • Coordinate internal and external resources to drive efficient launch of projects independently; Manage and ensure product qualities and impacts.
    • Responsible for the planning and design of the user growth marketing platform, and support the marketing growth of Fandom platform
    • Design and create lifecycle campaigns and experiments independently based on user understanding and data analysis
    • Analyse the data of user behaviour and campaign performance, and continuously optimize the campaigns to get higher results
    • Build automatic ad creation and optimization capacity via API of mainstream media; optimize delivery process and create standard work flow to improve marketing efficiency.
    • Explore new growth methods to help businesses achieve growth breakthroughs
    • Contribute to APAC product growth strategy, advising leadership team on market opportunities and guide decision-making process.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, finance, marketing, or other related fields
    • 1+ year experience in working within media in a marketing/product marketing/product strategy or relevant capacity
    • Familiar with crypto/web3 or NFTs (1 year)
    • Strong knowledge of media sales and marketing processes
    • Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with analysing complex, large-scale data sets
    • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change
    • Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
    • Commercial mindset with experience building data-driven business cases to drive strategic product
    • Self-driven, target driven and a team player
    • English proficiency
