Job Description


    • Respond customer’s enquiry 
    • Support platform with accurate and continual communications to customers
    • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, messages and chats of customers
    • Provide accurate and timely information, alternatives and solutions to customers
    • Handle customer feedback and complaints
    • Perform call back to customer and coordinate follow up actions/service recovery with various teams when necessary
    • Liaise with technical and finance departments
    • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers


Requirements

    • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level certificate / GCE ‘A’ Level certificate or equivalent
    • 2 years’ experience in customer services role
    • Experience in blockchain exchange or Web3 is preferred
    • Customer service oriented
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills and have customer centric and service excellence mindset
    • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
    • Independent, responsible and ability to proactively find solutions
    • English proficiency
