Job Description

    • Design and Document ShopBack Business Processes, to ensure requirements from all internal stakeholders are met under the guidance of a mentor.
    • Identify and prioritise backlog of feature requests from the business
    • Monitor and manage releases and bug fixes
    • Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate third-party solutions with our proprietary backend systems.
    • Train users and drive adoption for the processes released.
    • Conduct user acceptance tests and work with key stakeholders on adoption of new processes.
    • Measure the impact of new processes and measure the productivity improvement metrics
    • Support stakeholders to monitor business metrics through the creation of reports and dashboards

Requirements

    • Internship period: January to June 2024
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills.
    • Patient, ability to listen and understand stakeholder concerns.
    • Problem solver, ability to break down a business use case into a series of actionable steps.
    • Solution focused. For a single set of requirements, there could be several solutions. The Business Process Analyst (Salesforce) intern should narrow down the solutions keeping in mind the business goals, user experience and company priorities.
    • Project management skills to manage pipeline, deadlines, prioritization and process.
    • Desire to learn new technologies and tools.
