Requirements

    Responsibilities:

    • Primary point of contact for pipeline & portfolio of major clients (institutional/VIP clients) .
    • Proactively source and identify new institutional customers to onboard as well as corporate partnerships such as Telecoms, Corporates, Banks, and NBFIs.
    • Drive business growth through partnerships and strategic agreements to increase market penetration, user acquisition, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
    • Grow market position and drive profitability across the entire product portfolio - including registration, deposit, and trade develop new business opportunities across different channels and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Create and execute localized strategies to aid in the adoption of a crypto-based ecosystem
    • Increase operational efficiency throughout the business development organization.
    • Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across different teams and geographies.

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge and interest in the world of cryptocurrency are a must
    • 3+ years experience in sales and client services function with an international financial background in banking, investments, etc.
    • Client portfolio including Proprietary desk, institutional clients, HNW individuals, private bank customers with brokers, futures institutions or commercial banks, etc.
    • Effective communicator able to represent gate.io to external stakeholders and liaise with internal teams such as legal, compliance, AML, etc.
    • Demonstrated track record of delivering on growth metrics, such as web traffic, leads, client conversations, and revenue generation.
