    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with past experience in DeFi sectors to join our team. As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our DeFi products. You will play a key role in identifying new partnership opportunities, building strategic relationships, and developing innovative solutions to grow our products' brand and user base.


    Key Responsibilities & Duties:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute business development strategies and go-to-market plans.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential collaborators and business opportunities.
    • Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including blockchain startups, technology companies, investors, and social media influencers.
    • Establish and execute business collaboration including partnerships and strategic alliances. Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures with potential partners.
    • Work with marketing teams to develop effective messaging and promotional materials to support business development efforts. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential partners.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales in the blockchain industry, preferably working on a DeFi protocol/project.
    • Familiarity with popular L1-L2s networks, bridges, dexes and aggregators, oracles, money markets, lending and borrowing protocols
    • Understanding of how all of the participants in a DeFi ecosystem are interconnected and drive value to each other
    • Demonstrated success in building business partnerships.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
    • Proactive and results-oriented mindset, demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze market opportunities, and develop innovative solutions to achieve marketing objectives
